Hinge Squat with functional chop motion

Bridge Exercise Description:

1. Start in a hinge squat position while holding a ball out in front of your body

2. Move the ball diagonally across your body as if passing it from lower one one side to higher on the other side

3. Straighten your legs after raising the ball up then return to the hinge squat position and repeat as advised by your BodyHelp Wellness Education therapist

Notes:

- Focus on maintaining good control through the core at all times

- Perform the exercise with a fluid motion
